Koch Industries, a diversified conglomerate with extensive energy and chemicals operations, will provide CPH2 with access to supply chains, manufacturing facilities, and market expertise in the region. CPH2's high-efficiency alkaline electrolysers, capable of producing green hydrogen at scale, will be the focal point of the partnership. The agreement includes plans for joint development of pilot projects and commercial-scale hydrogen production facilities in North America. Koch Industries' subsidiary Koch Engineered Solutions will lead the commercialization efforts alongside CPH2.
