CPK will open nearly 100 tenders between 2026 and 2028. Investment schedule for 2026–2028, with almost 100 tenders, each worth over €240,000. Quarterly breakdown for 2026 includes around €1.7 billion in Q1, €4.8 billion in Q2, €720 million in Q3 and €2.4 billion in Q4. Railway projects feature prominently, including works on the Warsaw–Łódź high-speed line and a new station with platform hall. On the airport side, tenders will cover the aeronautical lighting system and road systems for both the eastern and western Landside areas. High-value proceedings will follow in 2027, including railway works worth over €1.2 billion, a railway node project (€720 million–1.2 billion), airport infrastructure such as Airside North and a fuel base (€240 million–720 million), as well as power facilities (€120–240 million). In 2028, additional large tenders are planned, including more high-speed rail and airport components such as airside facilities, operations control and multi-storey parking. CPK is also pushing ahead with €7.2 billion of tenders in 2025. By August, contracts worth about €4.3 billion had already been launched, including the €530 million Łódź tunnel. Upcoming contracts include piling for the passenger terminal foundations, valued at over €2.4 billion.
