CPP Investments to invest in Stagecoach, UK's largest bus and coach operator

CPP Investments agreed to acquire Stagecoach, the UK's largest bus and coach operator, for £1.3 billion. The acquisition provides CPP Investments with exposure to the UK's transport infrastructure.
