Creekstone Energy executed a land lease with the Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration for 13,000 acres in Millard County, Utah, to develop a 1 GW solar project. This solar generation will power the Delta Gigasite, a data center campus planned for 10 GW of capacity, with Creekstone Energy partnering with Zeo Energy to develop 280 MW of solar and long-duration storage capacity at the site. The project, which received zoning approval for its first phase, will increase Utah's total solar footprint by approximately 21% and includes behind-the-meter generation for tenants.
