CyrusOne tops out first building at new Bosque County, Texas data center campus

The first building, DFW10, cost $750 million. A second building, DFW11, cost $400 million. DFW10 is 250,000 sq ft (23,225 sqm). DFW11 is 88,875 sq ft (8,255 sqm). Construction involved 650 people and 450,000 man-hours to date. Initial fit-out of DFW10 is expected by October 2026, and DFW11 by August 2027. CyrusOne first filed to develop DFW10 in 2024.
