Chinese offshore wind foundation manufacturer Dajin Heavy Industry signed an agreement with Zhengli Offshore Engineering to provide wind turbine installation vessel operations in the European market. Under the collaboration, Dajin will work with Zhengli to adapt one of its existing wind turbine installation vessels to enable installation activities for European offshore wind projects. The partnership supports Dajin’s entry into the European wind installation market and accelerates its offshore wind strategy in the region. Dajin also announced plans to develop a new factory in Spain as part of its broader push into Europe. The company transitioned from an equipment manufacturer to a provider of 'full-scenario offshore wind power solutions' through this deal.
