DeepOcean will collaborate with Dong Fang Offshore, which will provide subsea vessel support for the project execution. The work commenced immediately and is scheduled for completion in 2026, with local management handled by DeepOcean's offshore renewables team and European cable installation specialists. The TPC-II project, located 6.5–20 kilometers off Lukang in Changhua County, will feature 31 Vestas 9.5 MW turbines installed on jacket foundations, connected via three 66 kV inter-array cable loops to an offshore substation.
