This strategic acquisition aims to build a high-capacity, future-ready duct and fiber network across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. The platform will develop new long-haul and metro fiber routes connecting key data center hubs, addressing the escalating demand for resilient, low-latency connectivity driven by cloud adoption, AI workloads, and large-scale data center deployments in the Nordic region. DTCP is partnering with Dark Fiber Group's experienced management team to execute this build-out.
