Eiffage has entered into exclusive negotiations with Swiss energy company BKW for the sale of its majority stake in Volterres, a specialist in renewable electricity supply. The transaction, conducted via Eiffage's subsidiary Sun'R which holds 65% of Volterres' capital, is expected to finalize in the first half of 2026. Volterres, founded in 2012, provides aggregation and valorization services for renewable electricity production, supplying over 40,000 corporate and community sites with more than 2 TWh of electricity annually from a portfolio of 90 partner plants.
