Elmington Residential acquired Resia Tributary, a 433-unit multifamily community in Douglasville, Georgia, for $73.25 million. The property, located at 1851 Market St., spans 314,065 square feet across seven buildings and was completed in 2023. Resia Tributary features modern amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, swimming pool, pickleball court, and 12,341 square feet of on-site retail space leased to dining, wellness, and shopping tenants. The community is strategically positioned near major employment hubs, including Google’s data center campus and Amazon Web Services facilities in Atlanta’s South Fulton industrial corridor. JLL served as the legal representative for the seller, Resia, in the transaction.
