Elsham Tech Park Ltd. received outline planning permission from North Lincolnshire Council for a 1GW data center campus, Elsham Tech Park, on a former RAF air base. The project, estimated to cost £5.5 billion-£7 billion, will feature 15 data halls spanning 1.5 million sqm and include an on-site energy center generating 49.9MW.
