EQT sells stake in Nordic Ferry Infrastructure to Rederiaktiebolaget Gotland, Interogo Infrastructure, and Lægernes Pension consortium
EQT agreed to sell its stake in Nordic Ferry Infrastructure to a consortium led by Rederiaktiebolaget Gotland, Interogo Infrastructure, and Lægernes Pension for an undisclosed sum. Nordic Ferry Infrastructure operates ferry services in the Baltic Sea, connecting Sweden and Germany, with a fleet of modern vessels. The transaction marks EQT’s exit from the Nordic ferry sector, following its acquisition of the platform in 2022. Rederiaktiebolaget Gotland, a Swedish ferry operator, will take a leading role in the consortium, while Interogo Infrastructure and Lægernes Pension provide capital backing. The deal is expected to close in mid-2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
