Eviny acquires Bjerkreimsklyngen wind power plants from Luxcara
Eviny acquired the Bjerkreimsklyngen wind power plants in Rogaland, Norway, from German infrastructure investor Luxcara for an undisclosed sum. The portfolio consists of three operational wind farms—Eikeland–Steinsland/Bjerkreim, Gravdal, and Skinansfjellet—with 70 turbines totaling 301 MW installed capacity and annual production of approximately 1 TWh. The acquisition strengthens Eviny's renewable energy portfolio to 666 MW of wind capacity and 2.3 TWh annual production, equivalent to powering 143,750 households. Strategically located near Eviny's existing Tellenes and Guleslettene wind farms, the deal enables operational synergies and future expansion opportunities. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals from Norwegian authorities, including the Competition Authority.
