Flagstar Bank consolidated its data center footprint from six facilities to two through a modernization and migration effort with Mphasis. This project involved the end-to-end design, installation, configuration, and certification of two new data centers. Mphasis assisted Flagstar with establishing a new data center location, a cloud platform, and modernizing its critical technology infrastructure. The transformation significantly improved Flagstar's disaster-recovery capabilities, strengthened operational resilience, and enabled the bank to respond to evolving customer needs and market opportunities. The project was completed in just 12 months, migrating hundreds of applications to the new platform without downtime.
