Located between Interstate 95 and U.S. Route 1 in Jacksonville's Butler/Baymeadows submarket, the site benefits from proximity to residential communities, schools, beaches, and retail hubs like The Pavilion at Durbin Park and Shops at Bartram Park. JLL represented the seller and facilitated the transaction, securing Foundry Commercial as the buyer. The acquisition marks Foundry Commercial's expansion in Jacksonville's premier office submarket, a high-demand area for corporate tenants.
