Globe partners with Transcelestial for national rollout of 400 wireless laser links in the Philippines

Globe is investing $5 million to deploy over 400 Transcelestial Centauri wireless laser links, providing 10 Gbps connectivity across the Philippines. Globe will integrate Transcelestial's Centauri technology into its national network infrastructure. This deployment significantly enhances Globe's network capacity and reach, addressing critical last-mile connectivity challenges in the Philippine archipelago. The Centauri links offer fiber-equivalent speeds without the extensive trenching required for traditional fiber optics.
