Go Energy and Sarco established a joint venture to develop a 600 MW hybrid renewable energy project in Saudi Arabia for green ammonia production. The project combines solar and onshore wind capacity with grid interconnection infrastructure, targeting key export markets in Europe and Asia including Japan and South Korea. The venture is structured through the previously announced Clean Energy Company vehicle, with an expected investment exceeding $900 million. Spanish engineering firm TSK provides technical advisory and energy strategy support, while Exera contributes to design optimization and technology selection. The green ammonia output will primarily serve international demand centers, positioning Saudi Arabia as a key player in the global hydrogen economy.
