Hassan Allam Construction – Saudi Arabia and AlBawani Co. Ltd secured a $490 million (SAR 1.84 billion) contract to construct the Saudi Arabia Museum of Contemporary Art (SAMoCA) in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. The 45,252 sqm gross floor and 77,428 sqm built-up project will integrate modern museum requirements with Diriyah’s historical architectural character, enhancing the Kingdom’s cultural infrastructure. The museum is part of the Diriyah development plan, a key initiative under Saudi Vision 2030 to establish the region as a global cultural and tourism destination. Hassan Allam Holding, with over five decades in Saudi Arabia, and AlBawani Holding Company, with 35 years of sector expertise, will collaborate on the project. The signing ceremony included Jerry Inzerillo (CEO, Diriyah Company Group), Eng. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Hammad (CEO, Museums Commission), Eng. Hassan Allam (CEO, Hassan Allam Holding), and Eng. Fakher AlShawaf (Group CEO, AlBawani Holding Company).
