Igneo Infrastructure Partners has entered into an agreement to acquire Mattingly Cold Storage, a 275,000-square-foot multi-temperature cold storage business located in Zanesville, Ohio. This acquisition will serve as the foundation for ChillCo Logistics, a new North American cold storage platform established by Igneo and led by industry executive Jason Lafferty. The transaction represents Igneo's inaugural investment in cold storage infrastructure in the United States, leveraging its experience in the transportation and logistics sector. Mattingly Cold Storage is being acquired from a group of individual owners, with transaction terms remaining undisclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary conditions and approvals.
