INNIO and Rehlko sign 1.25 GW gas engine framework agreement

INNIO Group, a leading energy solution provider, has signed a strategic framework agreement with Rehlko to secure 1.25 GW of gas engine capacity over the next three years. The deal expands Rehlko’s existing 700 MW reservation and aims to support growing demand from data center and flexible generation projects globally. The agreement provides long-term supply certainty for Rehlko’s customers, including hyperscale data center operators and grid-stabilization initiatives. Clarke Energy, Rehlko’s in-house platform, will deliver the projects, leveraging its 30-year collaboration with INNIO. The partnership underscores the critical role of flexible, scalable energy solutions in meeting structural demand growth for data center infrastructure and grid resilience.
