ITE Management, an alternative asset manager specializing in industrial transportation and infrastructure, completed the acquisition of CS Leasing Holding PTE Ltd., a global container lessor focused on ISO tank containers and dry freight specials. The transaction added approximately 55,000 units deployed across four continents to ITE's existing portfolio, which includes rail, chassis, dry container, and aviation assets. CS Leasing serves critical markets such as chemicals, industrial, and logistics where fleet quality, safety, and operational reliability are paramount. Jennifer Polli, managing director and head of intermodal at ITE, highlighted the strategic fit, noting that tank containers operate as railcars over ocean routes and align with ITE's intermodal strategy. The acquisition strengthens ITE's ability to deliver integrated solutions across global freight transportation sectors.
