Korian Belgium commissions Blink Charging for 200 AC chargers

Elderly care operator Korian Belgium is deploying 200 AC charging stations across 90 of its facilities, signaling a notable infrastructure upgrade for its social infrastructure portfolio. This supply agreement sees Blink Charging, an EV charging equipment provider with over 85,000 ports deployed primarily in the United States, extending its footprint into Belgium. The move by Korian Belgium, which manages over 120 nursing homes and care residences, suggests a growing demand for EV amenities even within specialized social infrastructure. With the project already in the construction stage, these chargers will soon be operational across nearly three-quarters of Korian's Belgian locations.
