The acquired sites are located in Rho (Milano), Secugnago (Lodi), and Parma. The portfolio now manages over 76,000 m2 of logistics space, including a previously held property in Monticelli d'Ongina. The assets include 137 loading bays. All properties are fully leased to prominent national and international logistics companies.
