NTR Plc completed the transaction on behalf of the fund, working with Ridge Clean Energy to deliver the project, which has planning consent, a grid connection offer, and a Contract for Difference in place. Construction is expected to start in 2026 with commercial operations targeted for early 2028. Anthony Doherty, chief investment officer of NTR, highlighted the project's role in stabilizing the grid and accelerating Europe's clean energy transition.
