Land acquisition has been finalized for 40 GWh of advanced chemistry cell (ACC) manufacturing capacity awarded under India's production-linked incentive (PLI) scheme. The Ministry of Heavy Industries announced this milestone, which is part of a broader INR 18,100 crore scheme aiming to establish 50 GWh of domestic ACC manufacturing. Of the total awarded capacity, Rajesh Exports secured 5 GWh, Ola Electric 20 GWh, and Reliance New Energy 15 GWh. While land acquisition is complete for this capacity, only 1 GWh has been commissioned to date by Ola Electric.
