Landmark Properties finalized its Landmark Sponsor Fund at $300 million, surpassing its initial $200 million target, with equity commitments from a diverse group of new and existing investors including institutional clients, private wealth groups, insurance companies, pension funds, RIAs, and family offices. The fund will support Landmark’s merchant development strategy in the U.S. student housing sector, primarily co-investing alongside the company’s development joint ventures to accelerate project execution and timelines. Wes Rogers, chairman and CEO of Landmark Properties, highlighted the milestone as a reflection of partner confidence in the firm’s vertically integrated platform and disciplined development approach. The fund has already deployed capital into multiple high-quality development projects across tier 1 markets and will leverage Landmark’s $10 billion-plus development pipeline to drive future investments. The final close occurred approximately seven months after the initial closing, demonstrating strong investor demand for the strategy.
