Latitude.sh secures $25.1 million three-year AI capacity agreement with unnamed US-based technology company
Latitude.sh, a subsidiary of Megaport, signed a $25.1 million three-year agreement with an unnamed US-based unlisted technology company to provide compute and storage solutions for AI workloads. The contract, announced on April 27, 2026, spans 36 months and is valued at $25.1 million, with services starting in the first half of 2027. Latitude.sh will invest approximately $12.2 million in incremental capital expenditure on CPU servers to fulfill the order, which has already been placed and is expected to be delivered in FY2026. Upon contract completion, Latitude.sh will retain ownership of the servers, integrating them into its compute pool for potential renewal with the same customer or on-demand access by others.
