Lincoln Property Company and Metrobloks form joint venture to co-develop a 150MW data center campus in Kansas City, Missouri
Real estate firm Lincoln Property Company and data center developer Metrobloks announced a joint venture to co-develop a 150MW data center campus in the Kansas City Metro Area, located in Liberty, Missouri. The project will span 568,000 sq ft (52,770 sqm) across a 30-acre site already zoned and powered for data center use, with the first phase targeting a 177,000 sq ft (16,445 sqm), two-story building. Metrobloks previously secured planning permission for the initial building in December 2025 and plans to invest $1.4 billion in the Liberty site. Lincoln Property Company brings its Data Center Services group to the partnership, having managed over $1.5 billion in data center investments since 2010, including 20 operational facilities totaling 2.1 million sq ft. The collaboration aims to deliver scalable, high-performance facilities in high-growth data center markets, beginning with the Kansas City metro.
