The modification exercises options under a previously issued cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for ongoing testing of new F-35 capabilities used by the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and non-DOW participants. Lockheed will provide administrative support, maintenance and test preparation for facilities used to evaluate new aircraft capabilities. The work will support training systems laboratories, flight test labs, and Autonomic Logistics Information System, or ALIS, and Operational Data Integrated Network, or ODIN, laboratories used during F-35 testing. Naval Air Systems Command obligated $4.5 million in fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
