LRQA, backed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, has acquired Partner Africa, a responsible business advisory organization. This acquisition aims to strengthen LRQA's responsible sourcing capabilities and expand its initiatives across Africa. Partner Africa, founded in 2011, focuses on improving working conditions and livelihoods through audits, training, and advisory services. The deal enhances LRQA's portfolio, offering clients access to quality assurance, cybersecurity, climate performance, and safety services, alongside supply chain intelligence software. This is LRQA's first acquisition in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
