Macquarie Asset Management and Gabia form JV to develop 100+ MW hyperscale data center platform in South Korea

Macquarie Asset Management (via MAIF4) and Korean IT company Gabia form a strategic JV investing KRW 600 billion (~$396M) over 4-6 years to develop 100+ MW of data center capacity in South Korea. First project is a 40 MW AI-ready facility in Ansan serving the Seoul metro region.
