Madhav Infra Projects Ltd finalized nine power purchase agreements (PPAs) with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Co. Ltd (MPPMCL) for a cumulative solar capacity of 73.15 MW under the PM-KUSUM (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan) scheme. The agreements cover feeder-level solarization under Component-C of the PM-KUSUM program, with Madhav Infra Projects committing to develop and operate the solar projects while supplying electricity to MPPMCL. The PPAs specify tariffs ranging from INR 2.71 per kWh to INR 2.73 per kWh over a 25-year duration, ensuring long-term revenue stability for the developer. Located in Madhya Pradesh, the projects will contribute to the state's renewable energy targets by integrating decentralized solar power into the grid. This deal marks Madhav Infra Projects' expansion in India's utility-scale solar segment, reinforcing its role in supporting agricultural solarization initiatives under government schemes.
