METLEN Energy & Metals completed the sale of a portfolio of four operational solar projects in Chile, totaling 588 MW and supported by co-located battery energy storage systems with a capacity of 1,610 MWh, to GAC RS Chile II, a subsidiary of Glenfarne. The transaction, valued at $865 million, is part of METLEN's global Asset Rotation Plan and enhances Glenfarne's infrastructure portfolio with increased technology, geographic, and revenue diversification.
