Bangkok-based Minor Hotels is partnering with New York-based developer Ben-Josef Group Holdings to launch The Wolseley Hotel New York, a 76-room hotel expected to open in early 2027. BJGH acquired the ground lease for the Midtown West hotel for $53.2 million in October 2025, establishing the foundation for the brand's global expansion.
