Mirova and RP Global join forces in €480 million transaction to build a >2,500 MW(p) independent power producer

Mirova has committed €480 million in equity and convertible bonds to RP Global, becoming a relevant minority shareholder. This financing will enable RP Global to develop and commission over 2,500 MW(p) of solar, wind, and storage assets across Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Croatia over the next five years, accelerating Europe's transition to carbon neutrality and establishing RP Global as a significant independent power producer.
