Modutec acquires majority shareholding in EOS Europe
Modutec has acquired a majority shareholding in Aberdeen-based electrical services provider EOS Europe, expanding its in-house turnkey offering across the full project lifecycle for energy and marine clients. The acquisition strengthens Modutec's capabilities in hazardous area inspections, project management, construction, installation, testing, and maintenance across the UK, USA, and Norway. EOS Europe employs approximately 40 people, bringing the combined group headcount to about 540. George McLeod, managing director of EOS Europe, will remain in his role following the transaction. This deal enhances Modutec’s position as an integrated provider to global energy and marine markets.
