Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and QuinSpark Investment Partners sell Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel to Batipart Europe consortium
Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) and QuinSpark Investment Partners finalized the sale of the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, a 435-room luxury hotel adjacent to the Eiffel Tower, to a consortium managed by Batipart Europe for an undisclosed sum. The property, operated by Accor under the Pullman brand, was acquired by MSREI and QuinSpark in March 2024 as part of a strategy targeting high-quality hotels in Europe's gateway cities. Since acquisition, the owners implemented a value-creation program including operational enhancements, guest experience improvements, and energy consumption reductions, boosting the hotel's operating performance. The sale follows a 25-month ownership period during which the property reinforced its position in Paris' resilient hospitality market. Clifford Chance advised MSREI and QuinSpark on the transaction, handling legal and tax aspects of the deal.
