Nadara acquires French wind services firm Talveg
Nadara acquired France-based independent service provider Talveg in January 2026 to enhance its in-house wind turbine maintenance and operations capabilities. This acquisition brings 20 turbine maintenance specialists into Nadara's Asset Maintenance team, strengthening its long-term approach to renewable energy investment by internalizing O&M activities and improving risk management across its European and UK portfolio.

The deal brings 20 turbine maintenance specialists into Nadara’s expanding Asset Maintenance team. Talveg was founded in 2020. Talveg provides services including major component replacements, up-tower repairs, incident management, performance audits, drone inspections and support for operators bringing maintenance activities in-house. Talveg’s relationship with Nadara began in 2023 when it sought a new maintenance partner for assets in Belgium and France. Turbine availability on some sites improved from around 60% to 95% during the collaboration. Talveg’s specialists will continue supporting turbines across Belgium and France while contributing expertise to assets across Nadara’s wider European and UK portfolio.
