nLighten's data center in Stuttgart will supply excess heat to the local heating network, supporting the sustainable supply of the it.schule and DEKRA buildings. nLighten is partnering with Wärmelösungen Synergiepark Stuttgart, a joint venture between Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH and e-con AG, to expand the heating network in Synergiepark Stuttgart. The project is supported by funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and aims to reduce emissions by reusing excess heat from the data center.
