Norddeutsche Landesbank, Societe Generale, and SMBC arrange debt financing for Linea Energy's Duffy BESS project

The debt financing for the Duffy BESS project includes a construction-to-term loan, a tax equity bridge loan, and a letter of credit facility. Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (NORD/LB) acted as the coordinating lead arranger, while Societe Generale and SMBC served as joint lead arrangers. D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments (DESRI) has signed a preferred equity investment in the project. The project has a capacity of 235MW/470MWh.
