NOVA Infrastructure acquires DartPoints, a provider of enterprise data centers
NOVA Infrastructure, a middle-market-focused infrastructure investment firm, acquired DartPoints, a provider of enterprise data centers, as part of its strategy to deploy NOVA Fund II. The transaction aligns with NOVA's focus on value-added, middle-market infrastructure investments in North America's digital infrastructure sector. DartPoints operates a portfolio of data center facilities serving enterprise clients across the U.S., supporting high-demand applications such as cloud computing and AI workloads. The acquisition is one of two platform investments made by NOVA Fund II to date, following the fund's final close with $1.45 billion in aggregate capital commitments. NOVA Fund II targets operating businesses in environmental services, transportation, energy and energy transition, and digital infrastructure sectors.
