Ocean Winds installs half of Dieppe-Le Tréport offshore wind project foundations in France
Ocean Winds has installed half of the 62 jacket foundations at its 500MW Dieppe-Le Tréport offshore wind project in France, reaching a material offshore milestone. Twenty additional foundations have been installed since February 2026, adding to the initial dozen already in place 17 kilometres offshore. The installation works are progressing with support from Navantia Seanergies, Windar Renovables, Port de Cherbourg, and DEME Group. Once operational, the project is expected to generate enough electricity to power approximately 850,000 people annually. This development marks a crucial step towards the project's completion and its contribution to France's renewable energy targets.
