Pattern Energy completes acquisition of Cordelio Power, expanding North American clean energy portfolio

Pattern Energy Group (Pattern Energy) has completed its acquisition of Cordelio Power, an independent power producer (IPP) with operations in the United States and Canada. The transaction adds approximately 1,550 MW of operating and in-construction assets, including 16 wind, solar, and energy storage projects, significantly expanding Pattern Energy's clean energy infrastructure platform. The deal strengthens Pattern's development capabilities, operational expertise, and project delivery efficiency across North America. Cordelio's development pipeline in key U.S. markets and its experienced team were also acquired, positioning Pattern for accelerated growth in the region's clean energy transition.
