Plenitude has signed an agreement to acquire a portfolio of 52 operating renewable assets, including 37 photovoltaic plants, 14 wind farms, and one battery storage facility, totaling approximately 760 MW installed capacity from Neoen. This transaction, one of the largest renewable energy deals in France recently, significantly contributes to Plenitude's 2025 installed capacity targets and reinforces its presence in the French energy market. The acquisition supports Plenitude's strategic plan to reach 10 GW of installed renewable capacity by 2028.
