This transaction adds 229 MW across five parks in Andalucía and Castilla y León, supported by long-term PPAs with leading industrial clients. The acquisition is a strategic move to accelerate Prosolia's growth, with the company expecting to reach close to 1 GW of operational assets by year-end, supported by InfraVia Capital Partners since its acquisition in October 2024.
