Ramboll finalized its acquisition of Envidan, a Nordic water and wastewater specialist, after securing all required regulatory approvals. The transaction unites Envidan's 500 specialists with Ramboll's global water experts, expanding the latter's presence in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Envidan operates across consulting, turnkey projects, and software solutions, focusing on climate adaptation, water treatment, and wastewater management. Following completion, Ramboll's Water division will grow to over 1,500 experts, reinforcing its capabilities in water infrastructure and climate adaptation. The deal was led by Ramboll's global architecture, engineering, and consultancy business, which delivers sustainable solutions across multiple sectors.
