Repsol plans to invest between €500 million and €1 billion in its low-carbon generation business between 2026 and 2028, targeting up to 9GW of renewable energy capacity in operation by 2028. This investment will support the expansion of its wind and solar portfolio, with a focus on high-return projects in Spain and the United States, and will leverage additional financing avenues such as asset rotations and project finance.
