SC Capital Partners acquires Fusion Hotel Group to expand Pan-Asia hospitality platform

SC Capital Partners, a Singapore-based firm, acquired Fusion Hotel Group, a wellness-inspired hospitality brand and management company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for an undisclosed sum. Fusion Hotel Group currently operates 18 properties with approximately 3,000 keys across Vietnam and Thailand, holding a secured pipeline of over 2,000 additional keys. This acquisition is a strategic move for SC Capital Partners to advance its goal of creating a Pan-Asia hospitality management platform. The deal integrates Fusion with SC Capital Partners' existing hotel operators, Hotel Management Japan (HMJ) and Topotels Hotels & Resorts, bringing their combined portfolio to approximately 16,000 keys across four key growth markets. The transaction reinforces SC Capital Partners' conviction in strong operating platforms for real estate investing and is expected to accelerate Fusion's growth across Asia.
