Shadowbrook Capital secures construction financing for Extra Space Hillsborough self-storage development
Shadowbrook Capital secured a five-year construction and bridge loan from Provident Bank to finance the Extra Space Hillsborough self-storage development in Hillsborough, Somerset County, New Jersey. The 709-unit, 105,663-square-foot facility will be built on 8.64 acres at 35 Bedle St., with direct access to U.S. Route 206. Upon completion in 2027, the single-story, temperature-controlled property will offer 76,119 rentable square feet and 709 units. Extra Space Storage will manage lease-up and day-to-day operations. JLL acted as the borrower's advisor in securing the financing.
