Sinloc Investimenti SGR has completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in Solis, a project company owning 13 operational solar photovoltaic plants with 22.8 MWp total capacity located across Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto, and Puglia regions in Italy. The transaction, which includes the related shareholder financing, was sold by Repower Renewable, the renewable energy development and asset management arm of the Repower Group. With this acquisition, Sinloc increases its total renewable energy asset capacity under management to over 44 MWp, reinforcing its growth strategy in the renewable energy sector through its Infrastructure & Transition Energy Fund and Sinloc Transition Energy Fund, both Article 9 funds under SFDR. The portfolio is expected to reduce annual CO₂ emissions by 12,048 tonnes and save 6,813 tonnes of oil equivalent in non-renewable primary energy, equivalent to the annual consumption of over 4,000 families.
